Cancellation
If written cancellation is received on or before 6 September 2024 (23:59 pm HKT/UTC+8), 50% of the first-night deposit will be charged as handling fee. One-night deposit for each room will be forfeited when the request of the cancellations received after the deadline indicated.
WARNING
Please be wary of housing piracy companies approaching delegates/sponsors/exhibitors to book rooms through their channels and claiming that they are the official accommodations provider or are acting on behalf of the Congress. These companies charge non-refundable deposits from the time when you make a reservation, making it impossible for delegates to cancel their reservations. In some situations, the reservations are sometimes non-existent, but payment has been taken.
The Congress website (https://apsr2024.hk/) is the only way to register for the Congress and book hotel accommodation.
